Handles
Handles measure 2” wide and are designed specifically to enhance our grip. Why 2”? A grip of approximately 2 - 2.5” is the strongest. Grip can be affected by ones hand span. The wider or thicker grip can stimulate more muscle fibers in the forearm, fingers and hand. At the same time stimulates surrounding muscles and connective tissues. This action takes more focus and is harder making contractions bigger because there is ample surface area to pay attention to.
Center Markers and Grip Tape
The only circle where the handles center has been etched out, so the user can better see the balances and imbalances as the handles get closer and closer together.
The grip tape on the handle is soft enough for bare skin and enough grip so as not to slide on pants or tights.
Wire
A specific type of tempered Spring Steel that is used because its conducive to producing a plethora of strength, elasticity, resilience, durability and replicates that of which our spines should do.
