ABOUT OUR CLASSES

Dana Santi Pilates offers two types of classes, Prime and Mat.  The classes are all small group to instill the integrity of the Pilates work. They allow us to, as Joe Pilates said, “develop the body uniformly, correct wrong posture, restore physical vitality, invigorate the mind and elevate the spirit.”Whether you add a class to your weekly private sessions or take class on its own, these classes will enhance your weekly exercise routine.

MAT

a series of exercises developed by Joe Pilates. The exercises, performed on special Pilates mats, are designed in a specific order and series, allowing the body to be worked uniformly.

PRIME

designed to bring Pilates back to its original intention. Pilates is a system of exercises that include equipment, the mat work, followed by more equipment, as it all was meant to work together. This allows everyone to experience a full Pilates workout.

PREREQUISITES FOR CLASSES

an introductory program of 3 private sessions or 3 semi private sessions is required before taking classes. As always, it’s best to have a little familiarity with the exercises and specific needs for your body.”

CLASS POLICY

remember to reserve your class by texting 708-482-0258 or email us at danasantipilates.com as space is limited. To avoid being charged all classes must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. *schedule is subject to change. Prime Classes – $40 or 5 for $175 and Mat Classes – $25 or 5 for $100
